Ato Feleke Jember is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Social Protection Program at the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs since 2021. In his capacity, Ato Feleke oversees the social protection major desks such as Social Protection Coordination, Rural and Urban Safety Net Coordination program, and Social Protection Information Management team. With over 31 years of experience, in social development. Ato Feleke has held several leadership positions in MOWSA - including serving as Directorate Director for social welfare and development promotion. He also served in various government offices as an expert and head of the department. Ato Feleke has a BA degree in Psychology and master’s degrees in Sociology and Special Needs Education respectively.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and MBA in General Management.

Ato Tesfaye Robele is working as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Old Persons and Family Affairs since 2019. Before he joined MOWSA. Ato Tesfaye has more than 28 years of experience working as a member of the Parliament of the FDRE, Woreda Administrator, and school director in the Oromia region. Currently, he is leading a team and four main desks under the Old Persons and Family Affairs program namely, - Family Values Development and Family Rights Protection Desk - Family Services and Empowerment Desk - Old Persons Rights Advocacy and Protection Desk - Old Persons Participation, Care, and Support. Ato Tesfaye has obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) - specialization in Marketing and a BA in Development Administration.
